（中央社記者吳哲豪彰化4日電）彰化縣政府贈送縣內7000戶邊緣戶有奶粉等生活用品的「成美福慧袋」，引發爭議，彰化縣長魏明谷對此表示歡意。

魏明谷說，當初贈送福慧袋是出於一片愛心，但沒有顧慮到社會觀感，思慮不周，收到物質的家庭如有食安疑慮，縣府會協助回收。

日前彰化縣政府和頂新和德文教基金會合作，展開為期2個月的「成美福慧袋」贈送計畫，贈送給縣內約7000戶的身分條件不符，無法經正常程序接受政府補助的弱勢家庭， 而福慧袋內有奶粉等頂新集團旗下企業所生產的日常用品，不過有收到的民眾質疑，頂新才剛傳出食安事件，縣府贈送福慧袋會有爭議。

彰化縣長魏明谷發出新聞稿指出，縣府是基於整合社會資源、媒合需受助低收入戶，單純協同各鄉鎮市公所提供戶數，讓需要幫助的低收入戶能獲得實質的幫助。

魏明谷說，此舉是出於一片愛心，但沒有顧慮到社會觀感，確實思慮不周，即使這項計畫是出於善意，但縣府都要承擔一切，他要對此表達最深的歉意。
